Scope of work:
Analysis of the client’s documentation and development of detailed benchmarking criteria.
Compilation and verification of the complete documentation to ensure that all key aspects were included.
Comparison of the client’s environmental variable scoring and quantification system with the Peterson Framework methodology.
Outcome:
The benchmark enabled the client to better understand the maturity level of their internal standards, identify areas for improvement, and communicate alignment with the principles of regenerative agriculture according to a recognized international methodology.
Client benefits:
An objective assessment of the client’s standards in relation to international guidelines.
The ability to clearly identify strengths and areas requiring further improvement.
A solid foundation for further development and credible market communication related to regenerative agriculture.
Objective: Assessment of the effects of implementing regenerative agriculture practices within an international project conducted in six European countries.

Analyzing the economic and environmental effects of the program, as well as farmers’ attitudes, motivations, and perspectives regarding the implementation of regenerative practices.
Preparing a comprehensive report summarizing the project results.
Presenting selected findings at the EIT Food and Donau Soja conference in Serbia.
Outcome:
The project demonstrated farmers’ openness to implementing regenerative practices, while also highlighting the lack of consistent definitions and tools, as well as the need for further education and advisory development in this area.Positive changes in soil condition and increased awareness among participants were observed on many farms.
Client benefits:
A comprehensive overview of the project’s impact at both national and international levels.
Reliable data and insights supporting decision-making for future initiatives.
The opportunity to present results and strengthen expert positioning during industry events.
Objective: Providing comprehensive advisory support to farmers participating in the “Plan for Yield” program.
Scope of Work:
Conducting individual interviews with farmers and supporting the definition of advisory needs.
Analyzing soil test results and developing detailed fertilization and crop rotation plans tailored to the specific conditions of each farm.
Delivering training sessions and individual consultations for farmers, both online and during events organized by MODR Karniowice and MODR Szepietowo.
Providing advisory support focused on soil fertility, fertilization strategies, and crop rotation optimization.
Cooperating with the Foundation to optimize the advisory process and promote the program.
Outcome:
Farmers received detailed soil analyses and individual fertilization plans, while the Foundation gained valuable knowledge, experience, and stronger recognition through advisory activities and educational initiatives. The project addressed broader challenges related to food security, farmer education, and soil regeneration.
Client benefits:
Increased knowledge and awareness among farmers regarding soil management and fertilization practices.
Improved crop performance through individualized recommendations and expert support.
